Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before receiving access instructions, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through a payment link sent a few days before arrival. Access starts at 15:00. The reservation policy gives a regular arrival window ending at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia railway station is 1.3 km away.
