Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before arrival. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1.3 km away.
