The house

The apartment occupies the second floor of a building without an elevator. The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and one bedroom has a balcony. The bathroom has a shower and bidet; a hairdryer is provided.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. Venice Santa Lucia railway station is 1.4 km away.

Before arrival, guests must complete online ID registration, sign a digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through a payment link. Arrival time must be arranged with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
