The villa accommodates up to 20 guests in eight air-conditioned suites: seven king suites and one queen suite accommodate 16 guests, with sleep sofas in two king suites accommodating four additional guests. There are nine full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Shaded terraces overlook the Atlantic Ocean, with 220-degree views from a seaside cliff. A private 3,600-square-foot free-form pool has zero-level entry and an attached spa. The home has a full kitchen, daily maid service, a gym, a Jacuzzi, a BBQ grill, a balcony, a patio/deck, beach chairs and ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, coffeemaker and microwave. The game room includes satellite TV, a DVD player, a video library, foosball, a pool table, ping-pong, board games and a video-game console with games.
