Only registered, paying guests may be on the property. The property is non-smoking. Schoolies bookings require full names, mobile numbers and contact details for all guests and their parents or guardians; most of the group must be at least 18 years old. No early arrivals or late departures are permitted. A strict no-noise and no-party policy applies. Security call-outs may result in a $300 fee or eviction. The penthouse booking provides access to the penthouse only, not the Garden Villa or Studio.
Getting there
The penthouse is directly across the road from Belongil Beach. The beach includes a pet-friendly section. The property is across from The Treehouse dining venue, and a beach stroll into Byron Bay is described.
