House rules
Schoolies bookings only. The majority of the group must be 18 or older. Only registered, paying guests may be on the property. No parties or noise are permitted. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM; early arrivals and late departures are not permitted. Pets require approval and special pet-friendly terms, and are accepted when the entire property is booked.
Getting there
The property is directly across from Belongil Beach, including a pet-friendly section. Guests can walk into Byron Bay via the beach. The property has four car spaces.
