House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your expected arrival time and arrange key handover. During low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €45 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Bed and bath linen are included for the stay, with no renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A travel cot is available on request. Additional equipment such as an iron, fans or baby bath can be requested from the concierge.
Getting there
Biscarrosse Plage and its beaches are 10 km away. Super U and Drive is 1 km away; Biscarrosse Lake is 6 km away. A bus stop serves Biscarrosse Plage. The studio is on the ground floor and is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
