What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Bynd Villas?
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' use during the stay, which is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include air conditioning, TV, pool, Wi-Fi, parking, and a kitchen. Additional amenities may be available on the property page.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there any special house rules?
Events are not allowed. Outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Most villas have fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work. Guests with specific bandwidth requirements should confirm the connection speed before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. Payment is charged at 100% of the booking item amount.
