The cottage is approximately one mile from the sea via footpaths. The approach includes about one mile of narrow country lane. The main entrance has a low step over the porch and a high inner step. A bus stop is approximately 1.5 miles away on the main A road.

Smoking is not permitted. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Cars must not be parked in front of the cottages. The shared parking area accommodates up to four cars.
