House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. The downstairs bedroom's dehumidifier must remain on throughout the day and may be switched off at night. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document. Children and infants are welcome. Cancellation: full refund at least 5 days before check-in; 50% refund less than 5 days before check-in, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The home spans four levels, including a spiral staircase, and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The underground bedroom has no window. A cat usually lives here, which may affect guests with cat allergies.
