The upstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has a dining table seating eight, two three-seater couches, TV, DVD and CD players, and reverse-cycle air conditioning. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, wok, microwave, refrigerator and toaster. The balcony has outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The upstairs master bedroom has a private ensuite with a corner spa bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity. Downstairs are two further bedrooms and a combined bathroom and laundry with a shower-over-bath, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Linen is provided. Other facilities include heating, hot water, a game console and a smoke detector. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
