Bushlark accommodates six guests with two queen beds and two single beds. The home has two bathrooms, including an ensuite to the master bedroom, polished hardwood floors, and a kitchen, living and dining area. A games room has a three-quarter-size billiard table, and table tennis, a telescope, books, CDs and bicycles with helmets are available. Outdoor facilities include a deck, outdoor furniture, a garden and a BBQ grill. Indoor facilities include a wood heater, ceiling fans, heating, a bathtub, shower, hot water, TV, DVD player, sound system, iron, smoke detector, and children's books and toys. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Long-term stays are also allowed.

Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking. Notify the manager if guest numbers change. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
