House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. No pets or smoking. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the booking terms.
Getting there
Easy, flat walks lead to local parks, the river for fishing, playgrounds and bike tracks. On-site parking accommodates three cars. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
