The house

The furnished home accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms. An enclosed yard and north-facing deck include a water feature and chiminea. Open-plan living areas have a smart TV, Chromecast and DVD/Blu-ray player. The kitchen includes an electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster. A dining table, dishes and silverware are provided. Outdoor seating, a BBQ and barbecue utensils are available. Linen is provided, and smoke alarms are installed. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. The ground-floor bathroom has a toilet, vanity and laundry/bath combination. The first-floor bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.
