The house has six large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and space for up to 14 overnight guests. The minimum guests (or price equivalent) is for 12 guests) It is set within eight acres of private grounds, surrounded by fields and separate from the smallholding farm. There is a private, south-facing fenced garden, several social seating areas, a lounge opening onto the patio, a kitchen and a dining table seating 14.

The house has a long driveway off a country lane. Bristol city centre is 7.7 miles away and Bath is 15 miles away. Three pubs are within walking distance, two of which serve food.

Minimum stay: two nights. The house accommodates 12 guests plus up to two additional overnight guests for an extra charge. Large numbers of additional visitors are not permitted; any permitted visitors must be agreed in advance. Well-behaved hen parties, family gatherings and birthday celebrations are welcome. Stag parties are not permitted. All-male groups are generally not accepted, although golf groups may be considered by prior agreement. A refundable £400 security deposit is required for every booking and must be paid before access to the house is provided; it is refunded three days after departure. An optional hot tub may be hired from an outside supplier; a separate £35 charge covers taking delivery, arranging collection, heating and water.
