House rules
Whole-house rentals have a three-month cancellation policy; Graduation stays have a six-month cancellation policy. For Graduation, the Washington House can only be rented as a whole house; the same generally applies for football stays. The inn has a dog greeter; guests with allergies or a fear of dogs are advised to stay at the Washington House.
Getting there
The two houses are two blocks apart. The Main House is three short blocks west of Main Street. The Main House is near downtown destinations, restaurants and music venues; the Washington House has a parking lot for six or seven cars depending on vehicle size.
