House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
An air-conditioned link bridge connects to Dubai Mall, the metro and Burj Khalifa. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
