The apartment accommodates up to 11 guests and has a balcony overlooking the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. The living room includes a sofa, smart TV, coffee table and PlayStation 5. Sleeping spaces include a master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a king-size bed, a third bedroom with two single beds, a maid’s room with a bunk arrangement consisting of three single beds, and an extra single floor mattress in the living room. Linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets and reading lights are provided.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, a central island, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. A dining table and balcony access are provided. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, towels, hair dryer and toiletries.

Guests have complimentary access to the building’s heated pool, gym and other building facilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, air conditioning, a washing machine, dryer, iron, electronic safe, baby crib, elevator and outdoor grill are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are provided. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are provided.
