House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with no lift. Cala Barca Trencada is approximately 80 metres away (0.083 km); five beaches and Mondragó Natural Park can be reached on foot. The complex lawn is not accessible.
