The primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and streaming TV; the third has a double/full bed. A second full bathroom with a shower is in the hallway. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. If a guest cancels, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, the original guest may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. ## Is damage protection provided?
