Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house is in the third line from the sea, 1.5 km from Platja de Sa Ràpita. Bedrooms are upstairs. Exterior parking accommodates one car. The Av. Miramar bus stop is 250 m away, Son Sant Joan airport is 35.3 km away, the Manacor train station is 37.6 km away and Port de Palma is 43.1 km away.
