The 120 m² house has a fenced outdoor area with neighbouring properties nearby. A porch adjoins the living room, while the rear terrace beside the kitchen has outdoor dining, a barbecue and an awning. An upstairs terrace provides space for sunbathing and is accessible from one of the double bedrooms.

The ground floor contains a living and dining room with a television and sofa, a dining table for four, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven and another table for four. The kitchen opens onto the rear terrace. The laundry area has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom on this floor.

All three bedrooms are upstairs: two have one double bed each and the third has twin beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a wardrobe. A second shower bathroom is upstairs. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available. The house has no swimming pool. Sa Ràpita has bars, restaurants and supermarkets; nearby beaches include Es Trenc, Es Molí de s’Estany, Ses Covetes and s’Arenal d’en Tem.

Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
