Drone flying is prohibited on or near the property. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including decks, porches and outdoor areas. Charcoal grills are not allowed. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the rental. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation's guest count or the maximum of nine guests. Stays are temporary; permanent residence is prohibited. Pets require authorization in the reservation. Bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law; emotional support animals require authorization as pets. The property is not guaranteed free of pet allergens. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, is prohibited. Subject to booking-channel terms, applicable charges may include damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, including extra or different pets; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; agency, utility or HOA fines plus related damages; and a late-departure fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may lead to removal without a refund. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Lock doors and windows when away. Unit-specific terms override general house terms, and booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
