The house

The living room has high ceilings, a sectional sofa, a 75-inch television with a sound bar, and a wood-burning fireplace. The open-plan dining area has a table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, and kitchen basics.

The upstairs primary suite has a king-size bed, a 65-inch television, a skylight, and an in-room Keurig coffee maker. Its en-suite bathroom has heated floors, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Two downstairs guest bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, a 55-inch television, and a ceiling fan. The guest bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The private balcony has seating, a gas grill, and views of mountains and evergreens. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer/dryer, cable/satellite television, books, bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, and an iron are provided. The condo has a private entrance and self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Concierge and in-home services are available.

Parking accommodates two cars: one assigned space in a shared garage and one first-come, first-served space in the open lot. The second-floor condo is reached by exterior stairs and has no air-conditioning. The Riverfront Express Gondola to Beaver Creek Resort is a 15-minute walk away, and central Avon’s shopping and dining are a 10-minute walk away.
