The house

Bryn has 250 sq.m. of living space on a 4,600 sq.m. plot. Four guest bedrooms occupy the pool level, each with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, independent entrance and en-suite shower bathroom. Three also have closets, sea views and terrace access. The living area and fully equipped kitchen with dining table have pool and sea views and open onto the pool terrace. A further guest WC includes a shower. Level I contains a staff bedroom, staff kitchenette and laundry room. Outside are shaded lounge and dining areas, sun loungers and a private garden. Additional equipment includes flat-screen and satellite TV, Apple TV, indoor and outdoor audio, underfloor heating for winter accommodation, an automated KNX system, power generator, alarm system, bath towels and a clothes dryer. Daily housekeeping, twice-weekly linen and towel changes, pool freshening, local arrival delicacies, dedicated concierge, personal check-in and ongoing support are included. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request. Sister villa Joy can be arranged separately for side-by-side stays.
