This 100 sqm home is arranged over three levels on a traditional cobbled mews. The living and dining space has parquet wood flooring, furnished seating and a selection of books. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster.

The primary bedroom is on the top floor and has a king-size bed with a Chesterfield headboard, a home-office nook and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub and walk-in rainfall shower. The ground-floor bedroom has a wall-mounted television and an ensuite with stone accents and a walk-in shower. Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms. Fans are provided during May to September in rooms that need them; fans outside summer can be requested.

Marble Arch tube station is a short walk away. Oxford Street, Mayfair, the Wallace Collection and the Sherlock Holmes Museum are nearby. Marylebone offers pedestrianised shopping streets, cafés, bakeries and restaurants, and its farmers’ market runs on Sundays. The home also has heating, a washing machine, ironing equipment, towels, a hair dryer, a sound system, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector.
