House rules
No parties, events, or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. Bedroom 3 is configured as a bedroom by default; request its study configuration early if preferred. Extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur additional charges.
Getting there
The cottage is a 10–15 minute flat, scenic walk from Nelson city centre. Riverside walkways lead directly to Nelson City Centre, Queen's Gardens, the Suter Art Gallery, Grampians Reserve, and Botanical Reserve.
