The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Smoking is allowed only outside in the garden or lawn, not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. Late-night revelry and loud music are discouraged. Some bedrooms accommodate one extra guest; confirm the applicable occupancy before booking. Meals are provided onsite at additional charges.
