## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to three guests and has large windows and a bright living area overlooking the residence's swimming pool and garden. Furnishings include a single sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs and a flat-screen television.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and fans are available.

The residence has two shared swimming pools: a larger pool up to 1.25 metres deep with a shallow children's area, and a smaller pool 0.9 metres deep. Pools open from 1 May to 30 September, from 09:00–13:00 and 15:30–21:00. Swimming caps may be required.

Verona airport is 35 minutes away by car, and Bergamo-Orio al Serio airport is 60 minutes away by car. Works in part of the facility may cause disturbance.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
