The house

The open-plan living area has an L-shaped sofa, TV, a dining area and a dedicated workspace by the window. The kitchen includes gas cooking, a full oven, microwave, dishwasher and ample bench space. Split-system heating and cooling serve the living area, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The private courtyard has a corner sofa, greenery, a BBQ and a small bistro setting. Both bedrooms have queen beds with linens, ceiling fans and built-in storage. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, with a separate toilet. A laundry area includes a washing machine.

The apartment has a private entrance, free driveway parking for one vehicle and free street parking. The beach is steps away, with cafés, shops, the jetty and Brighton Station within short walks. A fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector are provided.
