The open-plan living and dining area has arched windows, views across Haussmannian-inspired architecture, a sofa, chairs, a coffee table, a TV, a decorative fireplace and a bookshelf. A Juliet balcony adjoins this space. The fully equipped kitchen has a skylit breakfast table, a cooker and hob, an electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment and a washing machine.

Each of the three bedrooms has one large double bed. The principal bedroom has a royal-blue feature wall and access to a small Juliet balcony overlooking a courtyard. The second and third bedrooms have mint-green accents, natural light and views across the surrounding area. The family bathroom has a bath with a built-in shower, a double wash basin and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. Two rooms remain locked during stays, including the principal bedroom’s bathroom.
