The house

The open-plan living area has sofas, a large TV with Netflix, a four-person dining table and a ceiling fan. Full-height doors open onto a private balcony with outdoor lounge seating and views over the beach and park. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher and utensils.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe and sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and a crib is stored in the master bedroom wardrobe. The apartment has one full bathroom, shower and vanity facilities, plus a washer and dryer.

Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available. There is no air conditioning; ceiling fans are provided throughout. Free private parking accommodates one car, with free street parking also available. The apartment has a private entrance and beach access. Guests must climb stairs; shared spaces and potential noise are part of the stay conditions.
