The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and large American-style fridge/freezer. The top floor has views across Edinburgh towards the Castle, Firth of Forth and Pentland Hills.
The home is on a quiet, leafy residential street in Murrayfield, with free on-street parking for multiple cars. Bus and tram stops are very close by, and the city centre is a scenic 20-minute walk away.
