This refurbished home has period features, a cupola bringing natural light into the interior, and a spa bathroom. The large lounge has two sofas and a 64-inch Smart TV with sports, Netflix and Prime. A second living area adjoining the kitchen has a sofa and wall-mounted TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a wine fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and large American-style fridge/freezer. The top floor has views across Edinburgh towards the Castle, Firth of Forth and Pentland Hills.

The home is on a quiet, leafy residential street in Murrayfield, with free on-street parking for multiple cars. Bus and tram stops are very close by, and the city centre is a scenic 20-minute walk away. Dean Village, the Gallery of Modern Art, the Water of Leith footpath and Murrayfield Stadium are within close reach. The neighbourhood has shops, coffee shops, bars and a restaurant.
