House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy is eight, and every occupant counts regardless of age. Provide the exact number of occupants so that the correct number of RFID wristbands can be supplied; wristbands are issued only for registered guests and cannot exceed maximum occupancy. Guests must wear wristbands whenever using Waterscape amenities, and guests without wristbands cannot access those amenities. Children aged five and under are exempt from wearing wristbands. Wristbands are not required for beach access. A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband applies if it is lost or not returned at checkout.
Getting there
