The apartment is on the first floor with lift access. It has two separate bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, and a jungle-themed bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 × 190 cm. A baby cot is also available. Families and children are welcome.
The bright living room has a Smart TV with Netflix included. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine and everyday utensils. A desk with an ergonomic office chair, fibre Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available. A hair dryer and iron are provided.
There is one bathroom. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
Saint-Denis borders Paris to the north. Stade de France is a 10-minute walk away; Châtelet-Les Halles in central Paris is 15 minutes away via RER B, and the Basilica of Saint-Denis is 20 minutes away.
The building's hallways and lift are outdated and may have unpleasant odors. The apartment is on a noisy street and has limited sound insulation, so outdoor and neighborhood noise can be heard. Earplugs are essential for light sleepers.
