The first-floor apartment offers exclusive access to the entire flat. The living room has a sofa, dining area and Smart TV, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom has a toilet and bathtub with an overhead shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, a washing machine and a hair dryer are available. Fresh bed linen, towels, toiletries including body wash, and tea and coffee are provided. The property is cleaned and disinfected before and after each stay.
