No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damages or additional cleaning. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. All guests except French nationals must provide valid identification or passports before check-in for registration with the local authorities. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is collected directly before check-in, calculated per person per night, and may vary with local regulations. Complete any applicable city-tax payment in advance.

Ranelagh metro station (Line 9) is a seven-minute walk away. The Eiffel Tower is an 11-minute drive away.
