The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Equipment includes a coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, television, fan, iron.
Guests can use the residence's shared swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September. Sheets and towels are available at an extra cost. Pets are accepted, and professional cleaning takes place before and after each stay.
Restaurants, shops, bus routes and the tourist office are nearby. The town centre is a nine-minute walk away, and Fréjus train station is a 14-minute walk away. The Fréjus Plage district is six minutes away by car, and Argens Aerodrome is nine minutes away by car.
