House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. The home is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. A city tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and collected directly before arrival.
Getting there
The upstairs home is reached by an internal staircase of about 14 steps. Full-time tenants occupy the separate downstairs accommodation. Howick Beach is less than 1.5 km away and is a short walk or drive. Bus stops are on Ridge Road and Cook Street, with services to Auckland's CBD and Sylvia Park Mall in Mount Wellington.
