## About the house

The home occupies the upper level of a two-storey property. Full-time tenants live downstairs, while the upstairs accommodation is separate and has its own kitchen and bathroom. Access includes an internal staircase of about 14 steps. Guests have full access to the upstairs property during their stay.

The living room has sofas, a 55-inch TV, split-system heating and cooling, and floor-to-ceiling windows and a door opening onto a private terrace. The kitchen includes dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware, a fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, stove, oven and toaster.

Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 1 also has a chest of drawers; Bedroom 2 has a designated workspace. The recently renovated central bathroom has a wide standing shower and a Jacuzzi-type bathtub. Hot water and shampoo are provided.

Hotel-quality bed linen and towels, professional cleaning, self-check-in and 24/7 guest support are provided. Restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are nearby along the coastal area. Bus stops on Ridge Road and Cook Street serve Auckland's CBD and Sylvia Park Mall in Mount Wellington.
