House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 additional cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches of the house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Long-term stays are allowed. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before leaving. Retrieval of left items is not guaranteed; return of found items to an address within Australia is subject to postage and service fees.
Getting there
Approximately 20 minutes by car from Melbourne CBD and 25 minutes by car from Melbourne Airport (MEL). Tram and bus services run along Epsom Road and Union Road; Ascot Vale Station serves the Craigieburn line. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
