The house

The downstairs living area has an L-shaped sofa and a large TV. A second living area upstairs offers additional seating and another TV. Central air conditioning and heating serve the home.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, with a kitchen island and an adjoining dining area. The covered patio has a six-seat dining table, ceiling fan and gas barbecue. A private courtyard provides outdoor space and a place to dry clothes.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a study nook, an ensuite with twin vanities and a glass shower, and access to a private furnished balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed; the third has a single bed and a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower and vanity. A separate powder room and private laundry with washer and dryer are downstairs.

Wi-Fi, a hair dryer and an iron are available. Free on-site parking accommodates two vehicles in the driveway and garage; free street parking is also available. Shell Cove Harbour and waterfront dining are a three-minute stroll away, and Shellharbour South Beach is within strolling distance.
