Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a work-from-home space, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and hot water are provided. All five bedrooms are on the second floor of the main house: two have king beds and three have queen beds. Each has air conditioning and a standard closet; Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite bathroom. A first-floor common area provides an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed and air conditioning. The bathroom layout includes two full bathrooms and a half bathroom upstairs, two full bathrooms on the first floor, and an outdoor shower. The grounds include an expansive private yard surrounded by greenery, a private heated pool, hot tub, private tennis court, several outdoor seating areas, outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, a fire pit and a patio. On cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
