# Bridgehampton Beach Walk Bridgehampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house This renovated, approximately 3,000-square-foot home accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. Its open-plan interior includes multiple sitting and dining areas, an island kitchen with a coffee maker and modern appliances, and a dining table seating 10. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a work-from-home space, a Bluetooth speaker system and a ping-pong table are available. The second-floor master suite has a queen bed, a full ensuite bathroom and a balcony/deck. Four bedrooms are on the main floor: one with a double/full bed, one with a queen bed and crib, one with two twin beds, and one with three twin beds. All five bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and balcony/deck access. Bedrooms 2 and 4 have televisions. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Maximum occupancy is 10; additional guests require express approval. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $125.00 per reservation night. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates; reopening is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the new reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of accidental damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
