The apartment is in central Nelson. The building is one level above Bridge Street and has stair-only access. During council infrastructure works active through 18 December 2026, vehicles cannot drive directly to the building; the nearest stated parking access is Buxton Square carpark, entered via Collingwood Street. Weekday daytime construction noise may occur, and central-city evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity is possible.

No parties or events, no smoking and no pets. The apartment cannot be used as a party or venue. Guests may not drive directly to the building during the stated Bridge Street closure. Extra charges may apply for additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal.

## Is parking available?
City parking is available at $2 per hour with a three-hour limit; the first hour is free. Fees apply on weekdays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Free or unrestricted parking is available outside those times, and free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery. During the street closure, use nearby Buxton Square or periphery parking.

## Can I check in early?
Early check-in from noon, and sometimes earlier, may be available for an additional charge if requested when booking or at least 24 hours before arrival.

## Can I check out late?
Late check-out until noon, or another agreed time in writing, may be available for an additional charge if requested when booking or at least 24 hours before departure.
