House rules
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. No parties or venue use, no smoking and no pets. Additional charges may apply for additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal. Portacot hire requires an early request. City parking costs $2 per hour with a three-hour limit during stated weekday and Saturday paid periods; free parking is available outside those periods and at the CBD periphery.
Getting there
The apartment is in central Nelson. It is a short walk from Nelson's nightlife, restaurant precinct, Saturday Market and Wednesday Farmer's Market. Bridge Street has an active vehicle closure through 18 December 2026, so vehicles cannot drive directly to the building for drop-off or pickup. Nearby access and parking are available at Buxton Square carpark via Collingwood Street. The apartment has stair-only access. Central-city noise may occur in the evenings and on weekends, and daytime construction noise may occur during the council works.
