The hotel is just down the road from the Navajo Express Lift. Brian Head Town operates a free shuttle with stops around town and a 15–20-minute pickup interval. Shuttle hours are Sunday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, Saturday, and holidays 9:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Dogs are subject to a non-refundable fee of $30 per pet per day, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Service animals with disability-related training as defined by the ADA are exempt from the pet fee; emotional support animals are not. Service animals must remain attended by their handler. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated or in a carrier. Pets must be leashed outside guest rooms and are prohibited from the pool, restaurant, bar, and deck. Guests must clean up after pets. Guests are responsible for pet-caused damage. More than two noise complaints may result in charges or a requirement to leave; policy violations may result in being asked to vacate without refund. Cancellation is permitted without cancellation fees at least 72 hours before arrival, except discounted non-refundable bookings; more restrictive policies may apply on some high-demand dates.
