Breaker Eight accommodates up to eight guests and has two living areas, including a second living space downstairs. Open-plan living opens onto a balcony with outdoor seating and bay views. Facilities include a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster; a BBQ grill; heating; an indoor fireplace; a dryer; TV and DVD player; a bathtub, shower and hot water; a garden or backyard; and a smoke detector. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

The beach is a 100 m stroll away, with central Lorne a further 5–10 minutes on foot. The townhouse spans two levels and is accessed via undercover off-street parking. Parking is limited to two car spaces.

Weekly bookings only. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Parties, including schoolies, hen and buck celebrations, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
