## About the house

The upper floor has an open living area with ocean views from every window, an internet-connected flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo. The great room includes a double sleeper sofa. A separate nook has a twin sleeper sofa, rocker and small table with bench seating. The kitchen has an island, wet bar, dishwasher and ice maker, and the dining area has a large table with 10 chairs. Furnished wrap-around decks and a screened porch provide outdoor seating.

The mid level contains a king bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set and another bunk set. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Ground-level facilities include storage and an outdoor shower. A charcoal grill, air conditioning, wireless internet, washer/dryer and keyless entry are provided.
